One of the few manual car washes left in town. I can do a fairly good job for 2 or three bucks. The water is always warm with plenty of wax and washing detergent.

I want to start out by saying I really hate leaving bad reviews, especially for local businesses. I’m a small local business owner myself. With that being said, I don’t mean this review to be harmful, but I hope someone higher up reads it and can fix these issues. I’ve lived in Gray for 3 years. I’m simply annoyed at the fact every time I’ve gone here there’s been some sort of issue, yet I keep giving it chance after chance. For starters, it’s 2026, not many people carry coins anymore. There should be an option to swipe a debit or credit card just like several other car washes offer. But since you have to pay with coins, you’d think the change machine that converts bills into quarters would be unkept and ready to go at all times. Out of all the times I’ve gone here, which is too many to count, only once has it actually worked and gave me coins. Every other time I’ve tried it, the light is on saying out of service. But say you do bring the correct amount of quarters, which is 6 to make $1.50, nine times out of ten either the coin accepter in the wash bay doesn’t work and just spits out your quarters, or the red screen isn’t working which shows you how much time you have left. Went to wash my car and as soon as I put money in the machine and turned it on the sprayer went crazy and was flipping all over the place and the nose/nozzle hit me in my face and neck several times while trying to shut if off so it didn’t hit my car. Don’t use bay 3!!! Very disappointed as I love to take my cars to the car wash and so do all my car buddies.

Worst car wash in the Tri Cities Never an attendant on site. No detergent or wax Just a $10 cold water rinse, IF you can find an operable change machine. This is not a one - off thing. More like the norm... I'll not be back

This place sucks I just paid 10$ for a wash and all I got was air there is no out if order sign anywhere sat in my car and watched the machine move all around it without spraying soap or water and the dryer had the nerf to come on at the end then had a fake lockbox that said put your address in here if you want your money back I’m good use it to fix your car wash!!!! Will never go there again!!!
